This is an appeal from a judgment entered on May 19, 1969, in the circuit court for Milwaukee county. The cause of action arose out of an automobile accident which occurred in the city of Milwaukee late in the evening of December 25, 1963. The collision occurred in an uncontrolled intersection. The case was tried to a jury, and a verdict was returned which apportioned 85 percent of the negligence to the plaintiff, Pearl Capello, and 15 percent to the defendant, James Janeczko. The plaintiff has appealed on the ground that the evidence does not support the jurys apportionment of negligence, that certain trial errors were committed, and that a new trial in the interests of Justice is warranted.
